The Fine Print
Pricing for ‘Unlimited Interior / Exterior Photographs’ includes time & travel for services within Batavia, Geneva, and St Charles. Additional locations can be photographed, and mileage will be charged at a rate of $0.55 / mile from our office address of 111 Briar Lane, Geneva. Once you purchase the ‘Unlimited Interior / Exterior Photographs’ package, you may add as many extra services as is necessary
for the home you are selling. Extra services will be in addition to the initial photography package. We are more than happy to use your prewritten description of any property, and will simply add it, unedited, to our flyers at no additional charge. Printed flyers may be ordered in quantities of 10, and will be charged at the current published rate of $.35 per page. In order to ensure your complete satisfaction with any job, a proof will be submitted for your approval. All services will be delivered within 48 hours of approval. If there are any additional services you would like, please ask and we will certainly accommodate your needs!
